Our culture
Our culture reflects how we feel about NZ’s sheep and beef industry, and the farmers we work for. We’ve based our culture on the three pillars of passion; integrity; and whānau. This is what our employees told us they value above all else, and we strive to be the best we can be.
Getting to know the business
