These terms and conditions set out how an entry may be made in the B+LNZ Awards “Give a shoutout & win” 2024 Competition, led by Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ Ltd) and supported by B+LNZ Awards Sponsors.
This Competition is to highlight the B+LNZ Awards Sponsors and celebrate the sector, ahead of the B+LNZ Awards on 10 October 2024 in Hamilton.
The promoter and organiser of the Competition is B+LNZ Ltd with the support from B+LNZ Awards Sponsors (Farmlands, AgResearch, Alliance Group, Ballance Agri-Nutrients, Datamars Livestock, FMG, Gallagher, Rabobank and Silver Fern Farms).
Eligibility
- All entries must be made online via the entry form (https://beeflambnz.typeform.com/to/Z8Y8Vz1x) by an individual entering who in New Zealand’s red meat sector they want to shoutout/ celebrate/ acknowledge publicly.
- A person can enter as many times as they like if they ‘shoutout’ a different each time.
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- The Competition runs from Monday 30 September 2024, to 2pm Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
- B+LNZ Ltd and B+LNZ Award Sponsors’ employees, their immediate families, contractors of all entities’ associated agencies, including advertising agencies are ineligible to enter the Competition.
- Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Competition is open to New Zealand residents and citizens only.
Prize Information
- One commentor will be drawn as the winner at random in Hamilton by B+LNZ Ltd on Wednesday 9 October 2024. The winner will receive a prize.
- The winners will be announced at the B+LNZ Awards on 10 October and on B+LNZ Ltd social media platform following the Awards and no later than Tuesday 15 October 2024.
- The prize (pictured in promotions) consists of:
- Silver Fern Farms branded Rimu Chopping Board, BBQ Set, Heavy Duty BBQ Apron
- FMG branded Cricket set and bucket hats
- Two Ballance Agri-Nutrients branded Huski beer coolers
- $250 Alliance Pure South meat voucher
- Two Rabobank Golf Umbrellas and two coffee cups
- A year’s subscription to Country Wide
- Two $50 Farmlands vouchers
- A Gallagher Fault Finder
- A Datamars PEL S150 solar energiser worth RRP $440
- Six-month subscription to any AgriHQ livestock report of your choice to the value of $210 + GST
- The winners will be notified via email and on social media by a comment and/or private message.
- Inability to contact the winners within five days of the draw will result in the prize being forfeited. An alternative entry will be drawn at random.
- The prize is not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
- The prize will only be delivered in New Zealand. The winner should allow 28 days from notification for delivery. If the winner is a New Zealand citizen currently located overseas, the winner must supply a New Zealand address for the prize to be delivered to.
- Prior to receiving the prize, the winner may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s licence.
Storage and Consent
- B+LNZ Ltd and B+LNZ Award Sponsors reserves the right to store electronically all entries submitted in this Competition and to use them free of charge in any of its online and print publications.
Other
- B+LNZ Ltd is not responsible for entries that go astray.
- All entries must be received no later than 2pm Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
- B+LNZ Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any aspect of the “Give a shoutout & win” Competition at any time, including the prize.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, B+LNZ Ltd excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Competition and any prizes.
- B+LNZ Ltd collects and holds participants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific Competition and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific Competition.
- Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any information held by B+LNZ Ltd about you. Please contact enquiries@beeflambnz.com if you wish to do this.
