B+LNZ and Farm Focus – Mastering Your Financials Workshops

Together with the Farm Focus team we have designed a workshop to support you as farmers to understand your financial position and how to adapt and grow your farming business with confidence.   

It doesn't matter what farm software you are using; all examples will cater for each farm accounting software company. Learn to use your software better to save time and understand the finances of your farming business more clearly.   

During the workshop farmers who attend will:   

• Learn tools to complete a business health check.     
• Gain the skills and understanding of why and how to build an effective budget and identify opportunities.    
•  Identify wider team and how to effectively communicate.    
• Acquire skills in using financial reports to assess the current financial health of the farm.   
• Learn how to identify key performance indicators for benchmarking within the overall farm business.
