Entries close soon for the 2024 B+LNZ Awards
Don’t miss out on helping us celebrate the people, innovation, science and technologies that make New Zealand’s red meat sector world-leading. Enter or nominate someone for a B+LNZ Award by 14 July 2024. Think about the people in your circles making an impact and nominate them for one of the eight B+LNZ Awards categories on the B+LNZ website.
Take part in climate change policy positions workshops
B+LNZ recently ran a series of successful freshwater policy workshops and will report back on these next week. We’re now planning a series of similar workshops on climate change policy. These workshops are about having detailed and open conversations with farmers to develop a package of policy positions. The workshops will be 3–4 hours long and held in several locations nationwide (dates and venues to be confirmed). Farmer input is vital to policy position development for B+LNZ and we will continue to test our thinking in the coming months. If you would like to provide input through these workshops, please register your interest here or by emailing madeline.hall@beeflambnz.com.
